The basics
What is this, in one sentence?
You tell people about Event OS. If they buy it, we pay you part of the money.
That is the whole idea.
What is Event OS? What am I actually selling?
It is software for places that hold events. One computer runs the screens in a
whole venue. Casinos use it for jackpots and live draws. Weddings use it for the
winner reveal and the programme. Bars use it for live voting. Hospitals and banks use it for
the queue numbers. It works even when the internet is down, which is why venues like it.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You need to know people who run venues. We give you a link to share.
Our team handles the software, the installing and the support.
Does it cost me anything to join?
Nothing. Joining is free, the link is free, and your dashboard is free.
You never pay us anything — money only moves from us to you.
How you earn
How do I get paid?
We give you your own web link. When someone opens Event OS through
your link and buys, the system knows they came from you. You get a share of what
they paid. We send it to your M-Pesa or bank.
How much do I get?
Most partners start at 10% of everything the client pays. So if a
client pays TZS 500,000, you get TZS 50,000. Your exact percentage is shown at the top of
your dashboard. If you sell a lot, we can raise it.
Do I only get paid once per client?
No — and this is the best part. That client is yours for life.
Event OS is paid for again every month or every year. Every single time that client pays,
you get your share. Bring ten good clients and you keep earning from them for years.
What if someone forgets to use my link?
Two safety nets. First, once a person opens your link, their phone or computer
remembers you for 90 days — so if they come back next month and buy, you still get
paid. Second, they can type your code at the checkout instead.
What if another partner talks to the same client?
The client belongs to whoever brought them first. Nobody can take a
client away from you afterwards, and you cannot take one from someone else. The computer
decides this, not a person, so there are no arguments.
What if my client never pays the invoice?
Then there is no commission yet. We only count money that has actually
arrived in our account. When they do pay, your commission appears the same day.
Getting started
What happens after I fill in the form?
1. We read your application — usually within one or two working days.
2. If we say yes, you get an email asking you to prove who you are.
3. You send a photo of your ID and a photo of your face.
4. We check them. Then your link and your dashboard open, and you can start.
Why do you need my NIDA and my photo?
Because we are about to hand you something that earns real money, and we send
real money to your phone. We must be sure you are a real person and that we are paying the
right one. Every serious company that pays people does this. It takes two minutes.
Is my ID safe with you?
Yes. Your documents are kept in a private place that the website cannot show
to anyone. Other partners can never see them. Only Ellertek staff open them, only to check
that it is you, and the system writes down every time someone looks.
Can I start selling while you check my documents?
Not yet. Your link only starts working after we verify you. This protects you
too — nobody can pretend to be you and take your commission.
Money and your dashboard
When exactly do I get my money?
We add up what you earned during the month, and pay after the month ends.
You also get an email statement showing the total.
How do I know you are counting correctly?
You can see everything yourself, any time. Your dashboard lists every client,
every payment, the exact percentage used and the shillings you earned from each one.
Nothing is hidden and nothing is typed in by hand.
What is a "prospect"?
Someone who opened your link and tried the free 3-day version but has not
bought yet. They show up in your dashboard with their name and phone number. That is your
follow-up list — call them, help them, and turn them into a paying client.
Can I see other partners' clients?
Never. You see only your own. They see only theirs. Everyone's numbers are
private.
Rules
Can my account be closed?
Yes, if you do something dishonest — lying to a client, promising things Event
OS cannot do, or trying to trick the system. We always write down the reason. Commission you
already earned honestly still gets paid.
Is there a target I must hit?
No. There is no minimum, no monthly target and no penalty for a quiet month.
Sell one venue or fifty — the deal is the same.
